We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We are incredibly sorry if you have received a damaged item from us. 

So we can have this sorted for you immediately, click the 💬 icon, which can be located at the bottom right-hand corner of this page, or send us an email to  shopijele@gmail.com

In your first message, please explain that you have received a damaged item, and you will be asked to provide the following:

  • Your order number, full name, and email address
  • Your shipping address
  • A photo of the damaged area
  • A picture of both barcoded tags on the label and the item bag.

Our team will then be able to investigate this further and provide a solution for you.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Shipping costs are calculated based on shipping method (air, sea or land) and product weight / volume. Different shipping companies have different rates, so it’s best to check and compare which is most affordable and economical.
